Hello
IÂ’ve had a month off and put on half a stone, but now itÂ’s back to work and back on my diet. Luckily after this yearÂ’s Fringe I canÂ’t really afford to eat any more anyway! But I had a fun September playing Terminator 2 pinball on my computer. "Get the CPU!" Right, Terminator 2 pinball fans? Is this thing on?
RHLSTP
The Chortle and Sony Award winning podcast is back. WeÂ’ve already recorded the first two episodes (with Katherine Ryan and Mark Gatiss) and these should be going up in the next couple of weeks at the British Comedy Guide

http://www.gofasterstripe.com/badges. If you donate you get a badge, access to a secret channel with extras including backstage questions for RHLSTP guests, entry into a monthly prize draw and ticket offers and advance warning about big name RHLSTP guests
YouÂ’ll be able to find them on iTunes by searching for Richard HerringÂ’s Video Leicester Square Theatre Podcast, but they will also be on vimeo and YouTube.
If you want to see them live then you can buy tickets here -

WE'RE ALL GOING TO DIE DVD
The DVD of last yearÂ’s show is being put together now. It will be out some time in November, hopefully. And the perfect Christmas gift for anyone who likes to be reminded of their own mortality at Christmas time. You can buy all my other DVDs from
http://www.gofasterstripe.com
TMWRNJ
We are in the process of buying this from the BBC. To help us afford the exorbitant fee we might ask you to pre-order the DVDs. Details will follow in a future newsletter.

We're still some way off breaking even on this series, so if you donÂ’t want to pay for the long version then any small contributions via the badge page

ME1 Vs ME2 SNOOKER
ItÂ’s back. And itÂ’s weekly (for two weeks so far)!
Still my personal favourite thing that I have ever done. And increasingly fewer of you agree with me on that for every frame. Frame 47 is a classic (but you must listen to all previous frames or it wonÂ’t make sense)
Listen here -

WARMING UP
My daily blog grinds on towards its 12th anniversary, with an entry for every day since November 25th 2002. Increasingly a view it as a monument to a wasted life of self-regard. But whatÂ’s wrong with that, IÂ’d like to know. So here we go again.
Read it here -
http://www.richardherring.com/warmingup/
Or have it read to you by me (when I am up to the challenge) here -
http://soundcloud.com/herring1967 or on iTunes.
The best blogs grow up to be articles in the Metro, most of which can be seen here -
http://metro.co.uk/author/richard-herring-ukmetro/, though theyÂ’re getting a bit unreliable with putting them online.
I KILLED RASPUTIN
Poor ticket sales and mixed reviews mean that itÂ’s unlikely that my play will be staged again. ItÂ’s a shame. Although it wasnÂ’t perfect I think it was better than most of the critics said, but what do I know? Thanks to those of you who came to see it. As galling as it is to work so hard, for so long on something that costs so much I am still glad I took the gamble.
HALF MARATHON
I am running the Royal Parks Half Marathon on 12th October to raise money for Scope.
It will be run by either Me1 or Me2, whoever does best in this last week of training.

BADGE PRIZE WINNER
Chris Allan won SeptemberÂ’s monthly subscriber prize draw for people giving a pound or more a month to fund future internet projects,
He won: My Armenian Press Badge from "48 Hours To Go Broke".
A rough-cut copy of the forthcoming We're All Going To Die DVD (slightly different content than will appear in commercial DVD)
Stickers and programmes from my Edinburgh show.
Do take part - it could be you! The odds are actually pretty good that it will be. One entry for every pound a month that you donate.
Next month's prize is my script from "Lord of the Dance Settee" with handwritten bits and a couple of pages missing and some coffee spilled on it. Potentially worth millions of pounds.
To have a chance to win, plus get access to secret channel of extras, plus ticket offers and advance announcement of RHLSTP guests, plus a badge (and help fund future projects)
Donate a pound or more a month at
http://www.gofasterstripe.com/badges
Thanks for reading. The struggle continues. Thanks for your part in keeping me hanging on.
