The One Night Only Stand Up
A Benefit Gala for the Orphans of Sri Lanka
Sunday 23 January at 7pm, The UCL Bloomsbury
A Gala night of comedy with all proceeds going to The Buddhist Village Trust who are working to rebuild houses, schools and orphanages in Sri Lanka in the aftermath of one of the worst natural disasters in recorded history.
Featuring a huge cast of some of the best comics in the country including RICHARD HERRING, LEE MACK, KEVIN DAY, RICKY GROVER, BOOTHBY GRAFFOE, LUCY PORTER, INDER MANOCHA, ADDY VAN DER BORGH, NEIL INNES, JO CAULFIELD AND RUSSELL HOWARD, with more special guests to be announced!
All proceeds raised will go directly to The Buddhist Village Trust who are working to rebuild orphanages and meet critical human needs. Theatre staff and comedians are donating their time, and we guarantee that all money will go straight to where it is most needed.

£100: gala performance plus gourmet pre-show (5pm) dinner freshly cooked by a top Sri Lankan chef Chad Rahman (National & International Indian Chef of the year 2003 - 2004)

2) The Comedy Bunker Ruislip
Thursday January 15th. A charity gig to raise money for the victims of the tsunami. Also featuring Al Murray, Omid Djalili and Kitty Flanagan.
